Huaqi Future Co., Ltd. is a Yokohama-based company that sources and sells Japanese and Simplified Chinese editions of the Pokémon Trading Card Game. We are hiring one full-time Assistant to the CEO and recruiting partner streamers for pack-opening broadcasts. Both openings accept applications year-round.
Assistant to the CEO
Permanent, full-time · 40 hours a week · Naka-ku, Yokohama

Based on experience and skills
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will support the full range of day-to-day operations, from purchasing and shipping to supplier and customer communications and internal paperwork. The role sits close to management and offers first-hand exposure to how a trading card business runs. No prior industry experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Managing the CEO’s calendar and handling visitors, phone calls and email
- Liaising with suppliers and customers; preparing quotations, invoices and purchase orders
- Receiving and inspecting stock, managing inventory and arranging shipments
- Tracking new Pokémon TCG releases, lottery sales and market prices, and keeping the team informed
- Preparing and maintaining documents for social insurance, tax and government filings
Requirements
- Japanese nationality, or a residence status with no work restrictions (Permanent Resident, Special Permanent Resident, Spouse or Child of Japanese National, Spouse or Child of Permanent Resident, or Long-Term Resident)
- A genuine passion for the trading card business, especially the Pokémon TCG
- Basic computer skills (email, Excel or Google Sheets)
Preferred qualifications
- Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2 or equivalent)
- Chinese language skills (used in some internal work)
- Experience at a card shop, in e-commerce, in trade administration, or as a secretary or executive assistant

We are looking to partner with streamers in Japan who host Pokémon TCG pack-opening broadcasts. We take care of product sourcing and the technical infrastructure for streaming and online sales, so you can focus on creating and hosting your shows and growing your community.
What we provide
- Product to open on stream, such as sealed Japanese-edition Pokémon TCG products, supplied through our sourcing network
- Setup and operation of online sales linked to your streams
- Behind-the-scenes support: inventory, fulfillment and stream overlay design
What we ask of you
- Planning and hosting pack-opening live streams on YouTube, TikTok and similar platforms
- Engaging with viewers and managing your fan community
